SHIPPING & REPLACE aims to provide the best and fast online experience. processes your order whenever we receive it during the business weekday with the daily cut-off time at 2 p.m. and shipping out at 4:30 p.m. on the same day. Orders received after 2 p.m. will be processed and shipped out on the next business day. If is unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders without stock item(s) may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.


Our courier partner is Delhivery which processes your order within 5 days anywhere in India and will get your tracking ID for the parcel where you can track the shipment anytime.


There is no additional charge for the customer who pays online. But there is an additional charge for the customers who choose COD. Rs.30 is the additional charge charged by the delivery partner for handling the transaction between and the customers. That is not refunded to the customer in case of repayment. So please pay online and save money on your order.


CASH ON DELIVERY Cancel – If the customer cancels the CASH ON DELIVERY order, we will not process CASH ON DELIVERY for the same customer next time. The respective customer has to pay online next time to get the order.


We are Offering Free Delivery for every order, but we are paying Rs.110 – Rs.140 rs for the courier.

(So please don’t cancel the order at the time of delivery )

Return & Exchange Policy

  • If the product you receive is damaged or defective during the delivery process, since you purchased our product from directly, your product warranty will start at the moment you receive the order.

  • There won’t be any replacement for man-made damage, we do an evaluation before dispatching new products.

  • The product will be replaced only by the availability of stock and the size is replaceable not the color or different model. There is no replacement for less than the first size and more than the last size available in the respective product.

  • There is “No Refund”.

  • Replacement will be done only one time.

  • The replacement request has to be requested by the same day the product is received. Send the size info on WhatsApp to 9619037698.

  • Suppose your return & and replacement is because the product was damaged during the delivery. In that case, our team will reach you over the call after receiving your replacement request and do the needful and replace it with the respective new product.

  • If we cannot pick it up at your location, The customer has to do a self-shipment to our company address in 5 days. Get the address from the customer 9619037398. Pack well and there should not be any damage.

  • Products that are received by in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return & replacement and may be rejected at your own cost to ship it back to you: 

    • Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return & replacement.

    • Any product which appears tampered, customized, or altered in any way.

    • Any product with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number or DID label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.

    • Any product which defects or damage caused by customer error
